Thanks Justin. Your site is very statisticool and was one of the inspirations for my randomizing workouts (I also drew from crossfit and discussions with my trainer crazy Rich). I use the randomization concept in your spreadsheet and with some macro work created a version that alters the number of exercises based on time available and shifts weighting between cardio and strength.

Cool, those are great ideas for improvements!
I’m no athlete, but some other “randomy” things I’ve found useful are reaction balls (balls that bounce funny), as well as Octane Fitness’s xR6000 machine (because it has an interesting randomized muscle endurance setting).
